Consultant Researcher
Mohan Kumar Karna is completed his master degree in International Human Rights from Nepal Law Campus of Tribhuvan University, with work in various organization including UN agencies. He was known as a Human Rights Activist and Lawyer, who protect marginalized communities' rights. He is continuously lobbying for equality, justice, exclusion etc. He is responsible for Victim stories writing, Effort analysis for justice, Monthly report about victim right to justice based on dialogue and research, Proper documentation of cases and victim condition, Take lead in report writing of Citizenship, Inclusion and follow up report on excessive use of force.
Praveen Kumar Yadav
Federal Human Rights Coordinator
Praveen Kumar Yadav is a graduate of Masters Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from Mahidol University Thailand and Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. As Federal Human Rights Coordinator, he is responsible for overall management of the human rights programme and projects in the office. He supervises and coordinate with Provincial Human Rights Coordinators for the effective monitoring and documentation of human rights violation, including extrajudicial killings, inclusion, citizenship, and torture. He is also focal person for the partner organizations regarding the management of the project.
Dipendra Das
Admin and finance coordinator
As Administrative and Finance Coordinator, Dipendra Kumar Das, who holds masters degree in Business Studies and currently doing LL.B. from Tribhuvan University, is responsible for overall administrative and financial activities/transactions of the organization. He also prepares planning and budgeting for the specific project/activities. He also prepares project related administrative and financial reports and other documents.
Raksha Ram Harijan
Media/Communication Coordinator
Raksharam Harijan, who is completed his LLB from Tribhuvan University, and doing MA in political science from Tribhuwan University, is responsible for preparing situation update, press release, urgent appeals based on human rights monitoring and reports from grounds and sharing with national and international stakeholders. He is preparing project related documents including reports and making communications with the donor. He also coordinates with lawyers and team members to provide legal assistance to victims of human rights violations cases of specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and protest monitoring.
Shailendra Harijan
Provincial Coordinator
Shailendra Harijan, who is an LLB from Tribhuvan University, is currently based in THRD Alliance’s Provincial office (Province no. 5) in Rupandehi and responsible to coordinate with human rights volunteers, officers and lawyers at province level (Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Kapilvastu, Dang) for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violation specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protest monitoring. He frequently travels to different districts to assist local human rights volunteers/officers to accomplish the assigned job roles.
Randhir Chaudhary

Randhir Chaudhary, who is an M. Ed. (English) from Tribhuvan University, is currently based in THRD Alliance’s provincial office (Province no. 1) in Biratnagar and responsible to coordinate with human rights volunteers, officers and lawyers at province level (Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Saptari, Ilam, Pachthar) for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violation specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protest monitoring. He frequently travels to different districts to assist local human rights volunteers/officers to accomplish the assigned job roles.
Sanjay Kumar Yadav

Sanjay Kumar Yadav, who is completed Bachelor degree, is currently based in THRD Alliance’s provincial office (Province no. 2) in Janakpur and responsible to coordinate with human rights volunteers, officers and lawyers at province level (Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Ruatahat, Bara and Parsa) for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violation specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protest monitoring. He frequently travels to different districts to assist local human rights volunteers/officers to accomplish the assigned job roles.
Sunil Kumar Patel
Provincial Coordinator
Sunil Kumar Patel, who is completed LLB and LLM degree from Tribhuwan University, is currently based in THRD Alliance’s provincial office (Province no. 7) in Dhangadhi and responsible to coordinate with human rights volunteers, officers and lawyers at province level (Kanchanpur, Kailali) as well as Banke, Bardiya and Surkhet of Province no. 5 for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violation specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protest monitoring. He frequently travels to different districts to assist local human rights volunteers/officers to accomplish the assigned job roles.
Alam Khan
Human Rights Officer
As Human Rights Officer, Alam Khan is stationed at THRD Alliance’s Nepalgunj-based Office and is responsible to coordinate with human rights volunteers in two districts of province no. 5 (Banke and Bardiya) for monitoring, documentation, and litigation of human rights violations specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protest monitoring. He also coordinates with lawyers for detention center visits. Besides, He frequently travels to different districts if needed.

As Human Rights Officer, Kiran Kumar Karn is responsible for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violations specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protests in Dhanusha and Mahottari districts. He also coordinates with lawyers for detention center visits.

As Human Rights Officer, Anju Chaudhary is responsible for monitoring, documentation and litigation of human rights violations specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and excessive use of force and protests in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts. She also coordinates with lawyers for detention center visits.

Biju Rai, who holds bachelor's degree, is based in Ilam and Panchthar to carry out the project activities related to human rights monitoring, documentation and reporting. She is also responsible for prepare human rights situation analysis report on regular basis from the districts assigned to her. Besides, she represents THRD Alliance and is mobilised to monitor, and document the cases of human rights violation.

Shailee Tamrakar
Admin Assistant
She completed Bachelor in Sociology & Anthropology, certified in Structural design, and interior solutions, works as an Admin Assistant. She has done accounting training. She is responsible for the administrative works and assists the A/F Coordinator. She has to assist to deal with HR Coordinators and HRO's on financial matters. Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly and final/closing project as well as resource center management.

An M.Ed in EPM, Archana Singh is currently working as Documentation Assistant and responsible for monitoring, Documentation, and Litigation; Office operational and management related activities; Identify the issues of human rights violations, monitor them, collect pieces of evidence and document properly in the specified formats; Monitor media to find out human rights violations and investigate details, and Assist to plan the human rights-related activities in the districts assigned in coordination with provincial offices and timely implement them.
